So loved the idea of not having to chop onions by hand, this does the job.  However, you can't put big pieces in it.  You have to cut it first so doesn't totally eliminate you're having to cut onions but eliminates the amount of contact you have with them.  There is a twist-and-chop option which helps cut the them into smaller pieces.  Box came a little squished as it was in a package but no damage to the chopper itself.  Handy size.

Does what it says-chops.  It is bothersome to wash all the parts but if you cry every time you cut into an onion this is for you! though you do have to cut the onion into smaller pieces before you can chop with this.

I bought when I was just two share. Came a month. Quality materials suits. The distinctive plastic smell a little, but I think fade. Collected well, not flimsy. Normally chops onions and garlic, and cooked vegetables. Handy gadget that takes up little space.

I got is for a very good price - and was astonished that the quality was really good! The package was little bit crumpled, but the press was in a good condition. I made pictures right after receiving.
I have already used it for chopping onions and I was pleased with the result.
