This is such a beautiful dress/top. I am 5' 6" and this is way too short for me to be able to wear as a dress. However, it is VERY elegant to wear as a top with dress pants a skirt or even jeans. Another great item for a great price.

Very cute as a shirt. It is too small/short for me to wear as a dress or even with leggins. I need to wear it with skinny jeans, but it is very cute.
I am a size S-M or 4 (US sizes) and it's more like a long fitted shirt for me. but a very cute one!

Question : It says one size. Does this mean one size fits all?

It is had better refer to specific measurement and compare it with your own use tape measure.
