    So instead of a bunch of mumble-jumble I'll just get straight to the pros and cons of this dress.
    Pros: cute, lightweight, comes with belt, comfortable.
    Cons: top is a little baggy, made of poor materials, a little sheer, ruffles can be a bit too much.
    Overall I am pretty happy with this purchase and I enjoy wearing the dress with a pair of sheer black tights and a black tank top. You could wear this dress without tights underneath but you might want to consider a slip because it can be see-through in the sun. Oh, and as others have stated, this dress is black and white, not navy and cream, but this isn't an issue to me because it still looks nice.
