2. Our handling time is 1-4 business days after your payment has been processed, a tracking number will be provided to you after that. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you money.

3. We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.

4.For Flat Rate Shipping, we ship your package by HK Post service which takes about 7 to 25 business days to most countries in the world.

a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.
c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
d). For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.

5. For Standard Rate Shipping, we ship your package by Express Mail Service (EMS), which takes 6 -10 business days to almost any country in the world. You can track on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. For our USA buyers, you can track on http://www.usps.com. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these sites,1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods.

6. For Expedited Rate Shipping, we ship by DHL or UPS depending on your location. Normally they can ship to all major destinations in 3 - 7 business days.

7. For Free shipping, We ship by Hong Kong Post Shipping .

8. We ship all of our goods directly from the factory, which is located in Shenzhen, South East China, and is adjacent to Hong Kong.

What is item processing time ?
After the receiving of your order, we need do quality-control in order to ensure product's quality. There are different kinds of processing time for different items. Average processing time is 4 bussiness days; however, it varies from the item's stock status. As for the small quantity, the processing time is 2-7 bussiness days while as for the large quantity, it will be about 3-7 bussiness days.

1. Due to customs clearance times getting longer, Standard Rate Shipping and Hong Kong Post times have been affected.

2. Chinese holidays: Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year) and Chinese New Year. The delivery times will be affected by services from the suppliers and carriers, and there may be a delay of 3-4 days.

3. Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of products, Sammydress.com has to prepare your goods before they are shipped out. We perform strict quality control on the products and carefully package your items.

4. Due to the weight and size limit on items imposed by Hong Kong Post, not all items are eligible. Some items can only be dispatched by Standard Rate Shipping and Expedited Rate Shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
