At SammyDress, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you.

30 Days Return Warranty

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above product issues, please contact us immediately at our Support Center

Steps to resolve the issue:

1.Show us the problem with clear photos taken in good lighting or record a short video and send it to our Support Center along with your order number and SKU (product) number.

2.We will review the case for you.

3.We will offer a solution.

Wrong Size

Different brands and manufacturers can produce items that have minor size differences. Please ensure that you choose your size based on the size chart below the product description.

Steps to resolve the issue easily and effectively:

1.Contact us and provide your order number, the problematic SKU (product) number and state the following elements:

-size you have ordered

-size you have received

-description of the fitting problem ( Is it too small or too big?)

2.We?will?review?the?case?for?you.

3.We?will?offer?a?solution.?

Solutions:

-If we sent you the wrong size: We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item with an alternative size (if applicable).

-If you ordered the wrong size: You can return the product back for a product refund or an exchange. Shipping fees are borne by the customer both ways. We do not provide free shipping label at this time.

We will offer compensation once we received the return product(s), please kindly provide us with all tracking information for the returned package.

Missing items and partial delivery

Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents carefully before signing for the package.

1.Contact us and provide clear photographs showing the product packaging (box), the shipping label on the box, your order number and SKU (product) number.

2.We will review the case for you.

3.We will offer a solution.

SammyDress ships from different warehouses. In some cases we may have to split your order. So you receive part of your items faster. Please rest assured. If we made a mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

Wrong items or package sent

-If we sent you the wrong item: We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item with an alternative product (if applicable).

-If you ordered the wrong item: We will ask you to return the product back to us for a full product value refund or exchange. Shipping fees are borne by the customer both ways. We will offer compensation as long as we receive the product(s), please kindly provide us all tracking information.

The product is fine but I don't want it anymore

We SammyDress provides 30 Days Return Warranty after you received your order(s). If you return the item for an exchange or refund, you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways.

We will do our best to help you as long as the returned items are unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Any product that has been used is automatically disqualified for a return.

Additional notes about Warranty

-All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.

-All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

-Unless there is a mistake on our side, we do not accept product return and exchange for the following items: clearance items, discounted items, and all apparel listed under both the lingerie and swimwear categories.
